I founded StructSure Inspections with a simple goal: to give homeowners and homebuyers clear, reliable insight into one of the biggest investments they’ll ever make. My approach is shaped by more than ten years in the construction industry, working hands‑on with residential systems in different regions of the country. That experience helps me see the full picture of a home—how its components should function, how they age, and where hidden issues often begin.

I’m a North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector (NCHILB) and certified through Inspector Nation, with additional hands‑on training from the Home Inspection Training Center. These credentials guide every inspection I perform, ensuring my work aligns with state standards, industry best practices, and StructSure’s commitment to accuracy and professionalism.

My connection to Boone goes back to the early 2000s, when my family first lived here and fell in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains and the community that surrounds them. We returned in 2021 to make Boone our permanent home, and serving the High Country now carries a personal meaning for me.
